Owner’s Representation & Project Controls

  • Full-Lifecycle Oversight: acting as the Owner’s dedicated representative from pre-construction planning through closeout and turnover.
  • Financial Assurance: Auditing of Pay Applications (G702/G703), Change Order merit review, and budget forecasting to prevent cost overrun.

  • System Implementation: expert deployment of Procore, Autodesk Build, and similar platforms, tailored to organizational SOPs.
  • Workflow Architecture: Custom mapping of RFI, Submittal, and Change Event workflows to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Integration Management: Establishing seamless connectivity between PMIS, ERP/Accounting, and Scheduling software to eliminate double-entry.
  • Reality Capture: Implementation of 360° photo documentation and drone program management for verifying field progress.
  • Process Efficiency Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, root cause analysis to determine where inefficiencies exist, strategic planning and resource implementation to improve processes.

Construction Management

  • Project Startup: Direct or assist with project startup, focussing on critical post-award submittals.
  • Submittals: Compilation of submittal data, packaged and ready to send to clients for review. 
  • Scheduling: Develop project schedule based on constraints and project status via Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, as well as schedule maintenance and look-aheads. 
  • Quality Control: Project auditing, analysis, and review of internal process deficiencies to prevent future occurrences.
  • Financial Management: Audit project financials, correct mis-entries, generate reports to accurately represent projects profitibility. 
  • Close-Out Processes: Expedite the close-out process of projects by ensuring all required deliverables are scheduled and assigned accurately. 

Federal Construction Consulting

  • Regulatory Compliance: Management of USACE RMS/QCS requirements, Buy American Act (BAA) auditing, and Davis-Bacon certified payroll oversight.
  • Safety & Quality Planning: Development of EM 385-1-1 compliant Accident Prevention Plans (APP) and Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) documentation, and development of required site specific work plans.
  • GovCon Administration: Support for federal submittals, deficiency tracking, and navigating the nuances of FAR clauses.
  • SAM.gov Administration: Support with SAM.gov functions, administration, and compliance. 

Distressed Project Recovery

  • Forensic Audit: comprehensive review of project documentation to determine root causes of failure or litigation exposure.
