Procore Implementation & Training

  • Client: Bristol Bay Native Corporation
  • Location: Remote
  • General Scope: Assist Bristol Bay Native Corporation with the implementation and training associated with Procore’s Project Management Information System. Implementation difficulties included low adoption rates throughout various groups, key stakeholders were heavily tasked with other duties essential to business operations resulting in slower roll out than anticipated. Specifically built out the Company Directory, streamlining user access and enabling project teams to assign appropriate personnel to projects on the fly. Generated internal SOP’s for future onboarding and current staff’s reference. Assisted business groups with technical issues, custom workflows, and best practices within the system. 

Seward AVTEC IEB Renovations

  • Client: AKDOT
  • Location: Seward, AK
  • Contract Value: $3M
  • General Scope:  Renovations to the existing Industrial Electronics Building at the Seward AVTEC site. This project initially began largely as an exterior renovation and HVAC upgrade project, replacing a majority of the siding and roofing on the building. HVAC upgrades included new boilers, upgraded AHUs, piping and ducting re-routing, and a new controls system. The client introduced changes requiring structural upgrades which were fast tracked during the course of construction. New SIP roof panels were installed over the shop area, and a new, standing seam roof installed over the two main areas of the project.  

Tuluksak WTP Replacement

  • Client: AKDEC
  • Location: Tuluksak, AK
  • Contract Value: $13M
  • General Scope:  A new water treatment facility was constructed to suit the needs of the Tuluksak community. Approximately 3,000 LF of water main was installed throughout the village in conjunction with the construction of the new WTP. This project required both summer and winter construction, spanning the course of two construction seasons. A raw site was cleared and grubbed, suitable pad material installed, and concrete pier blocks placed for a structural steel foundation. Pre-fabricated modules were constructed offsite and shipped to Tuluksak via barge, and placed atop the foundation. All modules were joined together, roof trusses installed, and a standing seam roof installed. A new 100,000 gallon water storage tank was also constructed under this contract. Additional client changes required re-routing of the sanitary sewer system to provide waste discharge of the new system.
